The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,880.20 points on Friday, up 2.3% compared with its closing value of 5,864.26 points on July 22, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) decreased to 45.7 million denars ($757,335/745,408 euro) this week, from 54.4 million denars last week, MSE data showed.
Lender Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week, of 28.2 million denars, as 2,324 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 108 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 125.65 points, slightly down from last week's 125.88 points.
