September 16 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,722.47 points on Friday, down 0.4% from its closing value of 5,745.14 points on September 9, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) increased to 69 million denars ($1.121 million/1.126 million euro) in five trading sessions this week, from 50.2 million denars in four trading sessions last week.
The MSE was closed on September 8 for a national holiday.
Lender Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of trading turnover on the MSE this week with 27.1 million denars, as 2,380 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 145 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 124.74 points, slightly up from last week's 124.72 points.
