August 5 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,857.59 points on Friday, down 0.4% compared with its closing value of 5,880.20 points on July 29, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) decreased to 19.7 million denars ($326,752/321,846 euro) in four trading sessions this week, compared with 45.7 million denars in five trading sessions last week, MSE data showed. The bourse was closed on August 2 for a public holiday.
Lender Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week, of 6.4 million denars as 525 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 41 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 125.29 points, slightly down from last week's 125.65 points.
