March 31 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,843.35 points on Friday, about 1% higher compared with its closing value of 5,802.25 points on March 24, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) increased to 50.1 million denars ($885,321/813,455 euro) this week, from 33.6 million denars last week.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the most - 16.5 million denars - to the trading turnover of the MSE this week, as 1,331 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 54 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 127.65 points on Friday, slightly up from its closing value of 127.56 points a week earlier.
