January 27 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,840.10 on Friday, up 0.2% from its closing value of 5,829.33 points on January 20, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) increased to 94.4 million denars ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in five trading sessions this week, from 19.2 million denars in four trading sessions last week, bourse data showed.
The bourse was closed on January 19 for a national holiday.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the most - 30.4 million denars - to the trading turnover of the MSE this week, as 2,444 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 133 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 123.65 points on Friday, unchanged from January 20.
