December 5 (SeeNews) - A total of six million shares of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] have changed hands in 158 transactions on the stock exchange in Sofia by 15:45 CET on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The average weighted price of the deals was 4.27 levs per share, according to Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) data.

The volume of Sopharma shares traded represents a 4.45% stake in the company. The parties to the deals were not disclosed.
Sopharma shares traded 0.02% higher at 4.273 levs ($2.59/2.18 euro) by 15:45 CET.
Earlier on Tuesday, Bulgarian diversified conglomerate Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said that Sopharma has acquired 500,000 shares of the holding company, representing a 2.7% stake.
