LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 22 (SeeNews) – Shares of Slovenia’s tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] posted the biggest gains among the blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Friday, erasing the losses they suffered in the previous session, bourse data showed.
Unior gained 3.12% to 16.5 euro as 548 shares changed hands. On Thursday, the stock ended 3.03% lower at 3.03% euro.
The biggest loser among the blue chips was logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG]. The company's shares fell 8.76% to 2.5 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed 0.05% higher at 849.61 points on Friday.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 505,330 euro ($573,021) on Friday, from 1.04 million euro on Thursday.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] recorded the largest trading turnover on the LJSE on Friday, of 177,000 euro.
