February 9 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's agriculture company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said on Tuesday its shareholders approved its plans to sell local peer Skopsko Pole and construction firm Kompleks Aleksandrija Dooel Bitola.
received the shareholders' nod to sell Skopsko Pole to flour milling company Zito Polog [MSE:ZPOG] for 200 million denars ($3.9 million/3.2 million euro), the company said in a bourse filing.

The shareholders also approved ZK Pelagonija's proposed sale of Kompleks Aleksandrija to diversified company Orka Holding and construction company Tim for a total of 11 million denars. Each of the buyers will pay 5.5 million euro for a 50% stake in Kompleks Aleksandrija.
The agriculture company said it plans to sell Skopsko Pole to Zito Polog in January. ZK Pelagonija announced its plan to sell Kompleks Aleksandrija in September 2020.
ZK Pelagonija is active in agricultural production and trade, livestock breeding, transport and distribution services.
Its shares traded at an average price of 2,994 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on Tuesday.
