October 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Treca Petoletka has increased its stake in the capital of car dealer AK Kompresor [BEL:KOMP] to 98.32% from 89.02% as part of a buyout bid, it said.
Treca Petoletka acquired 5,607 AK Kompresor shares, or 9.31% stake in the company's capital, it said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange earlier this week.

Treca Petoletka, owned by Serbian citizen Mladen Grujic, launched the bid on September 12, aiming to acquire 6,616 AK Kompresor shares at a price of 16,161.18 dinars ($151.4/137.5 euro) apiece until October 3.
AK Kompresor has 60,229 shares with a nominal value of 4,620 dinars apiece.
