August 30 (SeeNews) - Serbian rubber and chemical products maker Tigar [BEL:TIGR] has said it recorded a consolidated net loss of 143.5 million dinars ($1.4 million/1.2 million euro) in the first half of 2018, versus a loss of 65.6 million dinars in the like period of last year.
The revenue of the company decreased 7% to 1.082 billion dinars, while expenses fell 4% to 1.208 billion dinars, Tigar said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The company recorded a loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (LBITDA) of 58.1 million dinars, versus a LBITDA of 22.7 million dinars in the first half of 2017.
The company had 1,220 employees at the end of June.
