BELGRADE (Serbia), October 18 (SeeNews) - Serbian welding accessories trader Srboeksport plans to launch a squeeze-out of the 23,963 shares in the capital of Belgrade-based transport firm Bora Kecic ATP [BEL:BRKC] it does not own yet, Srboeksport said.
Srboeksport intends to acquire shares equal to a 10.2% stake in the capital of Bora Kecic ATP, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The company plans to apply for the transaction with Serbia's securities commission in a period of 15 days following the announcement of its intentions, it said.
Bora Kecic ATP's shares last traded on October 14, when they closed flat at 290 dinars ($2.7/2.5 euro), according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
