October 24 (SeeNews) - Serbian water management group VD Dunav [BEL:VPDU] said on Thursday that SPV Donau kapital has increased its stake in the company to 24.8% on October 1.
SPV Donau kapital currently owns 2,532 VD Dunav shares, VD Dunav said in a bourse filing.

SPV Donau kapital held a stake of 17.8% prior to the transaction, VD Dunav said.
VD Dunav shares last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on October 15, when it closed at 17,460 dinars ($165.2/148.5 euro)
