BELGRADE (Serbia), June 6 (SeeNews) – Serbian company Royal House has increased its stake in electrical equipment producer Minel Rastavljaci [BEL:MNRS] to 92.2% from 69.6%, Minel Rastavljaci said.
Royal House increased the number of Minel Rastavljaci shares it held by May 31 to 31,875 from 24,049, the electrical equipment producer said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Cyprus-based company CS NIS Ltd owns the entire capital of Royal House, headquartered in Novi Banovci in northern Serbia, according to data from Serbia's Trade Register.
Minel Rastavljaci last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday, when 96 of its shares changed hands. Its share price rose to 1,021 dinars ($9.69/8.63 euro) per share, up from 872 dinars.
