Serbia's Pord acquires 36% stake in metal products maker Zmaj

November 8 (SeeNews) - Serbian metal products manufacturer Zmaj [BEL:ZMSD] said that Belgrade-based diversified holding group Pord has acquired 35.96% of its share capital for an undisclosed sum.

Following the transaction, Pord holds 31,589 Zmaj shares, the diversified group said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company provided no further details.

Zmaj’s capital is distributed into 87,846 shares with a nominal value of 1,000 dinars ($9.8/8.4 euro) each.
