January 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian real estate developer Niksen plans to build a shopping centre spanning over 10,000 square metres in the central city of Arandjelovac, the local authorities said.
The size of the investment in the shopping centre was not disclosed.
Approached by SeeNews for information on the size of the planned investment, a local authority official declined to comment. SeeNews was unable to contact Niksen Real Estate by the time this article was published.
The shopping centre will accommodate fourteen stores, a restaurant, a children’s play area, car wash and parking for 235 cars, spanning a total of 2.8 hectares.
According to the Serbian Business Registry, Niksen Real Estate is solely owned by Cyprus-based Niksen Limited. It was founded in January 2022 with a capital of 1,000 dinars ($9.13/8.52 euro).
