August 7 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Napred Razvoj has said it plans to launch takeover bids for minority stakes in two subsidiaries of local blue-chip civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL].
The target of the takeover bids are 73,455 shares in Energoprojekt Industrija, or 37.23% of the company's capital, and 112,939 shares in Energoprojekt Oprema, equivalent to a stake of 32.13%, Napred Razvoj said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday.

The takeover bids will be made in cooperation with Napred Razvoj's owner, Serbian entrepreneur Dobroslav Bojovic, and his companies Montinvest Properties and Jopag AG, as well as Energoprojekt.
Earlier this month, Napred Razvoj said it has successfully taken control of 52.1% of Energoprojekt's share capital after acquiring a further 16% stake in the company for some 22 million euro ($26 million).
The launch of the takeover bids for the two units is subject to approval of the Serbian Securities Commission, Napred Razvoj noted.
