BELGRADE (Serbia), September 20 (SeeNews) – Serbian real estate developer MPC Properties plans to invest 45 million euro ($52.9 million) in the construction of the second phase of the Navigator Business Centre in Belgrade, the city government said on Thursday.
The company has already launched the construction of the Navigator Business Center 2 and will complete the project in the spring of 2020, the Belgrade city government said in a statement.
"The building will have 27,000 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA), and along with Navigator 1, the complex will total 45,000 square metres," the director of MPC Properties, Ingo Nisen, said during the groundbreaking ceremony.
Navigator Business Center 2 will be located on a plot of land adjacent to the first phase of the project completed in September 2016, according to data posted on the website of MPC Properties.
The second phase will represent an A-class office building, consisting of a three-level underground garage, ground floor, eight office floors, 500 covered parking spaces in the underground garage and open parking spaces for visitors with marked parking spaces for bicycles.
