September 19 (SeeNews) - Serbian blue-chip industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] said on Wednesday it has appointed Stefan Messer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Messer will replace Ernst Bode, who will become a Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of October 1, Messer Tehnogas said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The company also named Uwe Bechtolf Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Messer Tehnogas said.
Stefan Messer is also the CEO of Germany's Messer Group, which owned 81.94% shareholding interest in Messer Tehnogas at the end of last year, while the remainder was in the hands of retail shareholders.
