February 26 (SeeNews) - Serbian company MBC Capital has launched a buyout bid for the 67.02% stake it does not already control in telecommunication infrastructure developer Telefonkabl [BEL:TLKB], it said.
MBC Capital, owned by Serbian citizen Milos Bandic, aims to acquire 16,056 ordinary shares in Telefonkabl at a price of 14,000 dinars ($130/119 euro) apiece, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

The offer is valid February 24 - March 16.
MBC Capital will be acting in the bid together with local company Advatec Solutions. The combined shareholding interest of MBC Capital and Advatec Solutions in the capital of Telefonkabl is 32.97%.
Telefonkabl last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday at a price of 12,159 dinars per share.
