January 25 (SeeNews) - Serbia's food company Marbo, operating within the PepsiCo multinational company, has taken over the distribution of global non-alcoholic beverages brands - Pepsi, Mirinda, Pepsi Max, 7Up and Lipton - in Bosnia as of January, the company said on Friday.
"After 18 years of doing business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is a great pleasure for us to add to our portfolio drinks for which the company PepsiCo is well known worldwide," Marbo's CEO Nenad Misevic said as quoted in a company statement.
Marbo is also a distributor of snack brands Chipsy, Clipsy, Pardon and Gud.
Marbo has a factory in Maglic near Novi Sad, and in 2000 it opened another factory in Laktasi, in Bosnia's Serb Republic. It currently employs some 920 workers.
