Serbia's Kopaonik repurchases 71 own shares Kopaonik AD

BELGRADE (Serbia), May 17 (SeeNews) - Serbian building materials wholesaler Kopaonik [BEL:KOPB] said it has repurchased 71 own shares.

The company repurchased seven shares on May 12 and a further 64 later that same day, the company said in a filing to the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.

All shares were repurchased at 14,000 dinars ($124.4/119.2 euro) apiece, the filings showed.

Kopaonik holds 3,097 own shares or 2.23% of its capital after the purchases, it said.
