May 24 (SeeNews) - Serbian building materials wholesaler Kopaonik [BEL:KOPB] said it has bought back 34 of its own shares and now holds 3,140 own shares representing 2.26% of its equity capital.
The company repurchased 14 own shares on May 17, seven shares on May 18, and a further 13 the following day, the company said in separate filings to the Belgrade Stock Exchange published on Monday.
All of the 34 shares were bought back at 14,000 dinars ($127.12/119.02 euro) apiece.
