October 27 (SeeNews) - Serbian blue chip Komercijalna Banka said its pre-tax profit fell to 1.2 billion dinars ($19 million/13 million euro) in the first nine months of the year from 2.1 billion dinars a year earlier.

Komercijalna Banka ranks as Serbia’s second largest bank by assets, which totalled 195 billion dinars at the end of September, data from the country’s central bank showed on Tuesday. The Belgrade-based Banca Intesa, part of Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, ranked first among the 34 lenders active in Serbia through September.
Komercijalna Banka added 0.02% to 36,036 dinars on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday as 11 shares changed hands.
