BELGRADE (Serbia), May 11 (SeeNews) - Serbian transport company Jugoprevoz Krusevac [BEL:JGPK] has bought back 1,065 of its ordinary shares, it said.

After the transaction, the company held 2,339 of its own shares representing 3.07% of its equity capital, it said in a filing to the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday.

The company did not disclose the price per share it paid.

In a previous share buyback in early April, Jugoprevoz Krusevac paid 3,000 dinars ($26.9/25.5 euro) per share, equal to the par value, according to the bourse data.

(1 euro = 117.609 dinars)
