BELGRADE (Serbia), June 1 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] said on Monday it has acquired 5,500 of its own shares at a price of 6,000 ($56.7/51.0 euro) dinars apiece.
The shares, representing a 2.0009% stake in Jedinstvo, were purchased on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on May 29, the company said in a bourse filing.
They were bought back in line with Jedinstvo's share repurchase programme adopted in June 2018.
Following the share repurchase, Jedinstvo now holds 22,243 of its own shares representing a 8.0192% stake in its capital.
Jedinstvo's shares closed 7.66% lower at 6,002 dinars in Belgrade on Friday in a volume of 6,000 units.
