BELGRADE (Serbia), July 18 (SeeNews) – Serbian construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] said on Wednesday it acquired 1,000 own shares at a price of 5,000 ($49.2/42.4 euro) dinars apiece on July 16.
The shares represent a 0.32817% stake in Jedinstvo, the construction company said in a bourse filing.
Currently, Jedinstvo holds 29,996 of its own shares representing a 9.84382% stake in the company.
Jedinstvo plans to repurchase up to 10% of its own shares under a buyback programme approved in June 2016.
