May 30 (SeeNews) - Serbian diversified holding Invej plans to launch a buyout bid for the 26.35% stake it does not already own in household appliances manufacturer Milan Blagojevic [BEL:MBLS], it said on Thursday.
Invej aims to purchase a total of 33,201 Milan Blagojevic shares, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange without disclosing its potential price offer.

The diversified holding currently owns 92,799 Milan Blagojevic shares, which represent a stake of 73.65%, it said.
Milan Blagojevic's shares last traded on May 28, when they closed flat at 3,360 dinars ($31.7/28.5 euro), according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
