July 30 (SeeNews) - Serbian diversified holding Invej has launched a buyout bid for the 26.35% stake it does not already own in household appliances manufacturer Milan Blagojevic [BEL:MBLS], it said.
Invej aims to purchase a total of 33,201 Milan Blagojevic shares at a price of 3,360 dinars apiece, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.

The deadline for acceptance of the buyout bid is August 19, Invej said.
The diversified holding currently owns 92,799 Milan Blagojevic shares, which represent a stake of 73.65%, Invej added.
Milan Blagojevic's shares last traded on May 28, when they closed flat at 3,360 dinars ($31.8/28.6 euro), according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
