BELGRADE (Serbia), July 16 (SeeNews) - Serbian aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] plans to pay a gross dividend of 124.80 dinars ($1.25/1.06 euro) per share for 2020, the same as the dividend for the previous year, it said.
Impol Seval’s shareholders approved the dividend distribution proposed by the management board at a general meeting held on June 4, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company will distribute a total of 117.6 million dinars as a dividend for 2020. A total of 6.4 million dinars of last year's earnings will be retained as undistributed profit.
Impol Seval's net profit dropped to 124 million dinars last year from 504.9 million dinars in 2019.
