November 15 (SeeNews) - Serbia's Halkbank Beograd [BEL:CCNB] has reported a net profit of 295.9 million dinars ($2.8 million/2.5 million euro) in the first nine months of 2018, up 4.2% on the year.
Halkbank's net interest income went up to 1.3 billion dinars from 1.1 billion dinars, while net fee and commission income grew to 510.7 million dinars from 439.6 million dinars, according to the interim financial statement of the lender for the first nine months of 2018, posted on its website.
The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 38.2 billion dinars, while deposits totalled 41.5 billion dinars at the end of September.
