August 2 (SeeNews) - Serbia’s economic output grew by a real 4% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2022, the country’s statistical office said in a flash estimate.
More details on the growth of Serbia's gross domestic product (GDP) in the second quarter will be released on 31 August, the statistical office said in a statement on Monday.
Serbia’s economy expanded by an estimated 4.3% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2022, the statistical office said in May.
Also in May, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development forecast that Serbia's GDP will grow by 3.3% this year, while Serbia's central bank said it expects an increase of 3.5% to 4.5%.
