PODGORICA (Montenegro), January 28 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip plant protection products maker Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] has named Mirjana Bogicevic as oresident of the company's board of directors, it said.
Bogicevic replaces Nedeljko Puhar who submited his resignation on January 3, Galenika Fitofarmacija said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.

The board of directors accepted the resignation of Puhar and appointed Bogicevic on his place at a meeting held on January 10, the company said.
In December, Serbian company Agromarket has increased its stake in the capital of Galenika Fitofarmacija to 89.83% from 66.03% as part of a buyout bid.
The plant protection products maker is one of ten members of the BELEX15 blue-chip index of the Belgrade bourse. It has 2,640,000 listed shares, with a free float factor (FFc) of 48.83%, which account for 12.99% of the total capitalisation of the index.
