February 6 (SeeNews) - Serbian beverages company Eureka Bar bought in a public auction offices in Belgrade owned by bankrupt company Generalexport for 2.4 billion dinars ($22 million/20.5 million euro), local media reported on Monday.
Eureka Bar bought the offices in the Genex Tower building on February 6, local media outlet Blic reported citing information from the country's Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.
The offices were offered at a starting price of 846 million dinars. Seven bidders took part in the public auction.
This was the third attempt to sell the offices.
According to the Serbian business registry, Belgrade-based Eureka Bar is wholly owned by private individual Aleksandar Kajmakovic. It was founded in February 2011 with a capital of 25,846 dinars ($237/220 euro).
The company was declared bankrupt in 2015.
