June 9 (SeeNews) - State-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) appointed a seven-member supervisory board, the energy ministry said.
The new board members are Oluf Ulseth, Per Sanderud and Hilde Bakken, Vladan Zivanovic, Dejan Ostojic and Igor Petkovic and Miodrag Rankovic, the energy ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
In April, Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) changed its legal form from a public enterprise to a closed joint-stock company in a bid to improve its viability.
