May 31 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economic output grew by a real 0.7% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2023, after an annual increase of 0.4% in the previous quarter, the statistical office said on Wednesday, confirming its flash estimate.
Compared to the fourth quarter of 2022, Serbia's gross domestic product (GDP) decreased by 0.2% in January-March, the statistical office said in a data release.
In a flash estimate released earlier this month, the statistical office said that Serbia's economy expanded by 0.7% year-on-year in the first quarter .
In 2022, Serbia's economic output increased by an estimated 2.3%.
