Serbia's Dunav Smederevo starts share buyback

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 9 (SeeNews) - Serbian trading company Dunav Smederevo [BEL:TPDN] has launched a share buyback programme, targeting up to 10% of its issued capital, it said.

The buyback of up to 26,677 of the company's own shares will run between October 4 and November 4, Dunav Smederevo said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange earlier this week.

The programme will be priced at 222 dinars ($2.08/1.89 euro) per share, Dunav Smederevo said.

The company's capital is distributed in 266,778 shares of 1,000 dinars in par value each.
