BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 18 (SeeNews) – Serbia's Delta Holding said it plans to open its shopping centre in Bosnia's Banja Luka in the fourth quarter of 2018.
The investment in the project is worth 70 million euro ($85.6 million), Delta Holding said in a statement on Wednesday.
The shopping centre, with an area of 62,500 sq m, will be the biggest of its kind in Bosnia and is expected to employ 2,500 people.
The company's real estate division broke ground for the construction of the Delta Holding shopping centre in Banja Luka in June last year.
Banja Luka is based in the Serb Republic, one of Bosnia's two autonomous entities. The other is the Federation.
