BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 18 (SeeNews) – Serbia's Delta Holding said on Wednesday it will invest 70 million euro ($74.7 million) in a shopping centre in Bosnia's city of Banja Luka.
Delta City Banja Luka will cover 80,000 sq m and will house a hundred plus stores, the company said on its Twitter page.
According to local media, the construction of the shopping centre should begin in the first quarter of this year.
Banja Luka is based in one of Bosnia's autonomous entities, the Serb Republic. The other is the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Delta Holding is currently involved in the construction of an Intercontinental hotel in Ljubljana and plans to shortly begin the construction a 200 million euro shopping center, Delta Planet shopping mall, in Belgrade.
