November 18 (SeeNews) - Serbian diversified group Delta Holding will launch on December 2 the construction of an office building in Belgrade spreading on 23,000 square metres and worth an estimated 40 million euro ($44.3 million), local media reported on Monday.
The project will employ some 700 people and the city's budget will receive some 2 million euro from various permits and taxes, business news portal eKapija.com reported.
The new building, Delta House, will serve as the company's new headquarters. Its opening is scheduled for the spring of 2021, eKapija.com said.
"Apart from the new building, we are planning another three projects in Serbia: Delta Planet Autokomanda (Belgrade), Delta Planet Nis and Delta Planet Centar (Belgrade)", eKapija quoted Zorana Burlic, CEO of Delta Real Estate as saying.
In March, Delta Real Estate opened shopping malls of the Delta Planet brand in Bosnia's Banja Luka and Bulgaria's Varna.
