March 4 (SeeNews) - Serbian plastic products manufacturer Construction Plastic bought a 97.7% state-held stake in peer company Krusik Plastika for 1.93 million euro ($2.13 million), the trade ministry said in a statement earlier this week.
The price for the 764,294-share package is much lower than the 5.99-million euro estimate stated in the trade ministry call for offers in October.

According to trade registry data, Construction Plastic was founded in October.
Its shareholders are Belgrade-based Atrium Investment Group, Demine Solutions, based in Bosnia's Bijeljina, and DIS Niskogradnja, based in Serbia's western city of Valjevo. Atrium Investment Group and Demine Solutions hold a 33.3% stake each, while DIS owns 34% of the plastic products maker, according to trade registry data. The initial capital of the company was 3,000 dinars (25.5 euro/$28.05).
