June 12 (SeeNews) - Serbian tobacco company Coka Duvanska Industrija's [BEL:COKA] shareholders have approved the management's proposal for a gross dividend distribution of 1,140 dinars ($10.8/9.6 euro) per share for 2018, Coka said.
Coka will distribute a total of 45.2 million dinars as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
A total of 3.5 million dinars of the profit will be paid to employees, 4 million dinars to the company's management and another 4 million dinars will be kept in reserves for development projects, Coka said.
The company posted a net profit of 56.7 million dinars in 2018.
Coka distributed a total of 17.8 million dinars of its 86.3 million dinars net profit for 2017 as dividend last year.
