September 27 (SeeNews) - Serbian civil engineering company C&LC-Group has launched a buyout bid for the 24.9% stake it does not own in concrete products maker Betonjerka [BEL:BTSO], based in Sombor, C&LC-Group said on Thursday.
C&LC-Group launched a takeover bid for 59,803 shares in Betonjerka, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

On March 30, C&LC-Group acquired a 75% stake in the capital of Betonjerka by purchasing a total of 180,079 shares in the company from the Serbian government.
The total capital of Betonjerka stands at 1.402 million euro ($1.642 million). The company has 50 employees and operates a factory in Sombor, according to the teaser prospect of the company posted on the website of the Serbian privatisation agency.
Betonjerka's current share price is 579 dinars ($5.72/4.89 euro), according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
