February 18 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Serbia in 2018 rose by 5.5% to 19,484, the country's statistical office said.
The estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits grew by 8.7% in 2018, according to data posted on the website of the statistical office.
In December alone, the number of building permits declined by 4.4% to 1,468, while the estimated value of planned projects rose by 65.9%.
A total of 1,672 construction permits were issued in November, down 17.3% on the year.
