August 15 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Serbia in June edged up by an annual 0.1% to 1,875, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
The estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits rose by 149% on the year in June, due to the construction permit issued for the Serbian section of the natural gas pipeline that will link Bulgaria to Hungary, the statistical office said in a statement.
A total of 1,822 construction permits were issued in May, up 5.9% on the year.
