May 30 (SeeNews) - Serbian building materials retailer Kopaonik [BEL:KOPB] has issued 138,906 ordinary shares as part of a capital restructuring project, it said.
The company has reduced its capital by 9.25 million dinars ($87,342/78,410) and later increased it by 9.307 million dinars, Kopaonik said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The nominal value of Kopaonik's shares was increased to 667 dinars from 600 dinars and the total value of its capital will be increased by 0.06% to 92.62 million dinars, Kopaonik said.
Serbian company Nic Co has increased its stake in the capital of Kopaonik to 27.8% from 25%, while Glina Promet has increased its shareholding interest to 26.9% from 24.2%, the company said in separate bourse filings on Wednesday.
Kopaonik's shares last traded on Tuesday when they closed flat at 5,300 dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
