October 9 (SeeNews) - Serbian company BKA development has won a tender to acquire the Depo retail complex in Belgrade, the city government said on Monday.
BKA Development placed the highest bid of 4.15 million euro ($4.87 million) for the complex, located in the Vracar municipality of the Serbian capital, the Belgrade city government said in a statement.

The other company that placed a bid for the retail complex was Belgrade-based Belestate, it added.
The Belgrade city government called a tender for the sale of the complex on September 5 with an initial price of 4.077 million euro.
BKA Development was established in September and its entire capital is owned by Serbian entrepreneur Misa Markovic.
The Depo retail complex burned down in a fire three years ago.
