January 21 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Baumeister has increased its stake in the capital of road infrastructure firm Vojvodinaput-Backaput [BEL:VPBP] to 95.77% from 83.34% as part of a buyout bid, it said.
Baumeister acquired 133,221 Vojvodinaput-Backaput shares, or 12.43% stake in the company's capital, it said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange last week.

Baumeister, owned by Serbian citizen Lazo Pribisic, launched the bid on December 25, aiming to acquire 178,542 Vojvodinaput-Backaput shares at a price of 100 dinars ($0.94/0.85 euro) apiece until January 15.
No trading with Vojvodinaput-Backaput shares was held on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the last three years.
