BELGRADE (Serbia), September 2 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip household appliance maker Alfa plam [BEL:ALFA] said its net profit decreased to 105.1 million dinars ($982,000/893,000 euro) in the first half of 2019, from 400.4 million dinars in the respective period of last year.
The company's revenue went down 14.2% on the year to 2.4 billion dinars, while its operating costs declined to 2.3 billion dinars from 2.4 billion dinars, Alfa plam said in a bourse filing on Friday.
Sales revenue on the domestic market fell 5.3% to 1.1 billion dinars, while sales abroad declined 9.6% to 25.1 billion dinars.
