BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 29 (SeeNews) – The Serbian unit of Swiss-based Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) has filed a request with Bosnia's competitions council to acquire Banja Luka-based alcoholic drinks producer MB Impex, the competition's authority said.
The possible concentration will have an impact on the alcoholic beverages market of the Serb Republic, one of Bosnia's two autonomous entities, the competition council said in a statement earlier this week.
