BELGRADE (Serbia), May 19 (SeeNews) - Serbian transport company Jugoprevoz Krusevac [BEL:JGPK] has bought back 25 of its ordinary shares, it said on Thursday.

After the transaction, which took place on May 18, the company held 2,364 of its own shares representing 3.1% of its equity capital, it said in a filing to the Belgrade bourse.

The company paid 2,505 dinars ($22.3/21.3 euro) per share, the filing to the Belgrade Stock Exchange read.

(1 euro = 117.469 dinars)
